Halo Lighting specializes in professional installation of permanent outdoor lighting systems powered by Gemstone Lights™. Our services include design, consultation, installation, and maintenance of residential and commercial lighting systems across West Virginia and nearby regions.

4. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by Halo Lighting are free and based on the information provided by the customer.
Quotes are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Site conditions,

  • Design changes,

  • Additional materials or labor required.

A final invoice will reflect the actual cost after project completion and client approval.

5. Payments

Payments for installations or products must be made as outlined in the customer invoice or service agreement.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/debit card,

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Authorized financing options (if available).

Late or delayed payments may result in additional charges or service suspension.

6. Product Warranty

All Gemstone Lights™ products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which includes:

  • Lifetime warranty on lights (LEDs) — tested lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours.

  • 10-year warranty on parts — controllers, tracks, connectors, and cables.

  • Transferable warranty — valid once within 10 years of installation.

Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of installation.
Labor warranties are valid for one year from the installation date, unless otherwise specified.

7. Scheduling and Installation

Project scheduling is based on availability and weather conditions.
Customers must ensure:

  • The property is accessible,

  • Electrical outlets are operational, and

  • Any pre-existing conditions are disclosed before installation.

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or access issues) will be rescheduled promptly.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Halo Lighting offers no refunds after installation has begun.
Customers may cancel a project before installation scheduling without penalty.
Refunds for deposits or prepaid amounts are handled on a case-by-case basis if the project is canceled prior to materials being ordered.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, images, and code, is the property of Halo Lighting LLC or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Halo Lighting is not liable for:

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fayette County, West Virginia.
